HurleyHealth: I founded Hurley Health because I know firsthand the impact that fitness has on the recovery process. When I started my own recovery in a 12-Step program over 23 years ago, the support I found and the connections I made there were huge, but I also needed to move by body in order to maintain my recovery. I started with walking, which soon became running. I eventually discovered yoga and strength training and all these years later I still layer fitness on top of my weekly AA meeting to stay “fit” in mind, body, and spirit
